How to Overcome Klonopin and Xanax Withdrawal Symptoms

Before I get started - this is really a site about how to overcome klonopin withdrawal symptoms. However, if you are trying to overcome Xanax withdrawals, then this site can help you as well. I have been on Xanax before I switched to Klonopin, so I know what it does to a person - and yes, I do have a Klonopin Withdrawal Story to tell. You can still use the same techniques on overcoming Klonopin if you are taking Xanax. So feel free to try any technique that I have written about that is listed under "What Works" heading that is located on the left hand side of this website.

Klonopin withdrawal is very tough to overcome. Once you start tapering off of Klonopin or any benzodiazepines for that matter, you will suffer one or many types of symptoms that will make you beg to go back taking your original amount of Klonopin. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. There are ways to relieve your symptoms and over a period of time – your back to living a normal life – even if you are taking Klonopin.

The thing that you have to remember is to stay persistent and never give up the good fight. Never drift, in other words, don’t keep on going like these symptoms are normal. You need to alter your state of mind to keep your life productive. Also, try to stay away from alcohol and other medications that could make the symptoms even worse.

Anyway, like I said before, try one or more of my techniques – they have helped me cope with these symptoms – and they may help you as well.
