What is EFT and Does it Work???

I started this last week and have found this a bizarre practice, but from what I’ve read – thousands of people of tried this and found relief, not just from benzo withdrawal symptoms, but from anxiety symptoms as well. It was developed by a Gary Craig in 1995.

What it is, there are points of energy on the human body that can be tapped on. What you do is think of the problem that you have (at least in this case, it would be a benzo (Xanax, Klonopin, etc.) withdrawal symptoms that you have) – and tap on required points of your body.

As I said in the first paragraph, I’ve tried this a few times since I started last week. However, I wanted to try it on other anxieties that I have first – then I will turn my attention to my klonopin withdrawal symptoms. I will not say that EFT has worked for me or not since I’m in the beginning stages, and will update this website if it does or doesn’t.

I will say this. If EFT is the solution to all benzo withdrawal symptoms, I will be writing articles and Press Releases to get the word out to everyone. We’ll see what happens though. I do pray that it works.

I will not go into detail about how to do EFT, but I do have a couple of youtube videos below that I suggest you watch. The first one is about a woman in the UK that shows how you can overcome benzo withdrawal symptoms using EFT. I believe she broke away from Benzo addictions back in 1987 – however, I don’t see how she can claim that EFT worked for her since the system was developed in 1995. I will admit though, she never claimed that EFT helped her overcome her symptoms, but I would still advise you to watch the video with an open mind.

Also, I have another video that shows you how to tap or “EFT” your symptoms on the second video. Try it out and see if it works for you.
